- Categorization of imported bank, card, and merchant-processor transactions.
- Entry of non-imported transactions from source documents you provide.
- Monthly reconciliation of all bank and card accounts.
- Month-end journal entries and adjustments.
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet (cash flow where applicable).
- Written monthly insights on what changed.
A few things to know.
- Single entity, single currency (USD or other) — no multi-entity consolidations.
- We keep your books in QuickBooks Online, Xero, BitBooks, or any other you prefer. Your general ledger stays in your name; you take the books with you if you ever leave.
- Starter does not include The Proof Standard™ — the workpapers, journal-entry lineage, source-document index, and the reviewer page that come with every Proof Standard plan, reviewed before delivery by a U.S.-based CPA or equivalent.
- Starter does not include add-ons, digital-asset bookkeeping, or Books Cleanup. When your business needs any of these, upgrade to Proof Standard.

Move up when you need books tied to workpapers, reviewed before delivery by a U.S.-based CPA or equivalent — when an investor, tax preparer, auditor, or lender is going to look. Or when you cross 300 transactions a month, take on a second entity, or need any Proof Standard add-on like the Digital Asset Add-on, Books Cleanup, or Proof Plus.
